The correct option is A if only conclusion I follows.
Fig 1 is a basic venn diagram of statements.
Conclusion I: Toys and rewards cannot be connected. But rewards and gifts can be connected as seen in Fig 2. It follows.
conclusion II: It doesn't follow. All gifts are toys can be a possible case but not a definite one.
