The correct option is A if only conclusion I follows.

The above figures show different possibilities of the representation of the given statements.

From both the figures we can see that, some designs are graphics. Hence conclusion I is correct.

As no direct relation between pattern and graphics is given, we can not conclude whether no pattern is a graphic. Hence second conclusion is wrong.
