The correct option is B if only conclusion II follows.

The above figures show different possibilities of representation of given statements.

From second figure we can see that, some paint could be dye. Thus conclusion I is wrong.

From first and third figure we can see that, all paint could be varnish. Hence conclusion II is correct.
