The correct option is D if neither conclusion I nor II follows.
The above figure shows different possibilities of representation of given statements.
From second figure we can see that, some rectangles could be square. Thus conclusion I is wrong.
From both the figures we can see that, all rectangles can not be squares. Thus conclusion II is wrong.
