The correct option is B 39.25 cm2
Sectors made at vertices A,B,C are equal in Area because angle made by them is equal to 600 and radius of each circle is 102 cm=5 cm

Area of shaded region =3× Area of one sector with radius 5 cm and angle 600
=3×60360π(5)2 cm2
=39.25 cm2
