The correct option is C ( $150^{\circ}$ )
Given $x =$ $30^{\circ}$ $\Rightarrow 2 x =$ $60^{\circ}$

Since, $2 x + 3 y =$ $180^{\circ}$ as they form linear angle.

$\Rightarrow 60 + 3 y =$ $180^{\circ}$

$3 y =$ $120^{\circ}$

$∴ y =$ $40^{\circ}$

Thus, the value of $6 y - 3 x = 6 (40) - 3 (30)$
$= 240 - 90$
$∴ 6 y - 3 x = 150^{\circ}$
