The radius of bigger circle is $9cm$

The radius of smaller circle is $1.5cm$

$MT$ is radius of bigger circle so $MT=9cm$

$MN=MT-TN=9-1.5=7.5cm$

$MS$ is tangent to circle so $angleNSM={90}^{circ}$
