The correct option is A 7kg
The acceleration of whole system will be
a=Mgm1+m2+M ...(1)
Since mass m1 is not slipping
let the normal force be , so for mass m1
Ncos30=m1g ..(2)
Nsin30=m1a ...(3)
on solving 2 and 3 we get
a=g3 ...(4)
putting the value of a in equation 1
we get M=6.83kg
