In triangle PSO and SOQ,

SP=SQ [tangents drawn from external points are equal]

SO=SO [common]

OP=OQ [radii of the same circle]

So, by SSS- criterion of congruency ΔSPOΔSQO

PSO=QSO

PSQ=2QSO .....(i)

Similarly, we can prove that RTO=QTO

QTR=2QTO

Now, PSQ+QTR=180

2QSO+2QTO=180

QSO+QTO=90

In triangle SOT

180SOT=90 (In ΔSOT,QSO+QTO+SOT=180)

SOT=90
