The correct option is B 7.5V

Let resitance of voltmeter be RV.
Potential difference across 3Ω is 15V.
So I=153=5A
By v=iR5=i×2i=2.5A
RV=2Ω

Req=65+2=165Ω
I=20×516
potential diference across 2Ω is =20×516×2=20×58
So voltmeter reading is 2020×58=7.5 V
