In given figure, $ABCD$ is a trapezium with $AB||DC$, $AB=18cm,Dc=32cm$ and distance between $AB$ and $DC=14cm$. If arcs of equal radii $7cm$ with centres, $A,B,C$ and $D$ have been drawn, the find the area of shaded region of the figure.

Area of shaded post = Area of the trapezium - Area of the circle.

$=\frac{1}{2}(AB+CD)\ast 14-\pi R^2$

$=\frac{1}{2}(18+32)\ast 14-\frac{22}{7}\ast 7\ast 7$

$=350-154=196c{m}^2$
