We have,

$△POS\sim △ROQ$

$\Rightarrow$ $\angle 3=\angle 4$ and $\angle 1=\angle 2$

Thus, PS and QR are two lines and the transversal PR cuts them in such a way that $\angle 3=\angle 4$ i.e., alternate angles are equal.

Hence, $PS||QR$.
