The correct option is C 64

The number of ways in which you can answer the first question = 4 ways
(A or B or C or D).

Similarly, you can answer second and third question in 4 ways each.

Each question is to be answered therefore we will be using the fundamental principal of multiplication.

So, in total there will be 4 × 4 × 4 ways = 64 ways.

So, you can answer 3 multiple choice questions with 4 choices in 64 ways.
