The blood circulates twice in human beings. Once through the left side of heart oxygenated blood from the lungs enters the heart and is pumped to the body organs and tissue, secondly through the right side of the heart, deoxygenated blood from the body is returned to the heart to be pumped to the lungs. Left side and right side of the heart are separated by the septum. So, no mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated takes place. Thus, the correct option is B.
