The correct option is A Pyridoxine
Pyridoxine-5'-phospahte is the chemical form of the vitamin B-6. This vitamin is the cofactor in transamination, decarboxylation, glycogen hydrolysis and synthesis pathways involving carbohydrate, sphingolipid, amino acid, heme and neurotransmitter metabolism. Deficiency of this vitamin causes peripheral neuropathy and a pellagra-like syndrome, with seborrheic dermatitis, glossitis and cheilosis, and in adults, can cause depression, confusion, EEG abnormalities and seizures. Seizure in infants may be refractory to treatment with anticonvulsants. Different types of anaemia may also be caused.
