Answer should be option b,C and d But book Answer is option d WHY?

It says human teeth are---So you will have to think about what is commonly seen in all the teeth and not specifically about one particualr type.
That is why the answer "d" is right.
Multiple choice questions, you need to understand the question correctly to answer.
