Solution

The correct option is D NH2
Kjeldahl method is a method that is used the quantitatuin estimation of nitrogen conlaining in inorganic substances like NH3/NH+4, and in organic substances. In kjeldah's method, notrogen is estimated in following steps :
Step 1:Degradation: Sample+HSO4(NH4)2SO4+CO2+SO2+H2O
Step 2: Ammonia is liberated : (NH4)2SO4+2NaOHNa2SO4+2H2O+2NH3
Step 3: Ammonia is captured : B(OH)3+H2O+NH3NH+4+B(OH)4
Step 4: Back titration : B(OH)3+H2O+Na2CO3NaHCO3+NaB(OH)4+CO2+H2O
Thus in Kjeldahl's method, nitrogen present is estimated as NH2.
