in liquids,is pressure directly proportional to force and inversly
proportional to area? it is true in case of solids,is it true for liquids and gases also?

The general definition of pressure is force / area. So for solids, liquids and gases the pressure is directly proportional to force and inversely proportional to area. We can see this well in gases. When the piston is compressed, the area becomes lessand pressure becomes more.
