Lakhina pattern:
Shri Anilkumar Lakhina brought about many reforms when he was the District Collector of Ahmadnagar district. Some of these included:
There were administrative changes such as the standardisation of work procedures and stating rules in simple language that could be understood by all the people.
He was also responsible for introducing the single window system in the district, which allowed people to complete jobs that they came to do under one roof.
Dalvi pattern:
Shri Chandrakant Dalvi brought about significant reforms when he was the District Collector of Pune.
The objective of these reforms was to speed up the decision-making process by ensuring that files were not allowed to stack up and were dealt with on the same day. It helped introduce efficiency and speed into administrative work.
Chahande pattern:
Dr. Sanjay Chahande reformed the system as the Divisional Commissioner of Nashik. He implemented the Gramastha Din (Villagers’ Day) scheme. On this day, administrative officials visit a village and establish dialogues with people. It reduced the gap between the people and the administration, increased the accountability of the administration, and prioritised developmental work.
