For growth kinetics,
k=2.303tlog10(aa+x)
k=2.303tlog10(N0N)
Generation time =75 minutes; a=1, a+x=2
k=2.30375log10(11+1)=0.00924min1
After 30 minutes,
k=2.303tlog10(N0N)
0.00924=2.30330log10(N0N)
NN0=1.3191.32
Similarly, we may calculate after 60,75,90 and 150 minutes.
