In MnO2+Hcl-MnCl2+H2O+Cl2.why cl is used twice on product side..Is there any specific reason

Solution

Good that you're curious. But no, there's no reason as such. This is just how reaction proceeds. When MnO2 reacts with HCl, Cl forms bonds with both Mn and another atom of Cl. Thus, it comes two times. That's how it happens. No logic other than that.
