Given: l(MT) =4 cm, l(TS) =5 cm, mM =50°, mT =110° and mS =70°
First, we draw a rough sketch of quadrilateral MTSN and indicate the given lengths, as shown below.

Steps of Construction:
(1) Draw a line segment MT = 4 cm.

(2) Then, construct an angle of 110° at T. Mark the point S, such that ST = 5 cm.

(3) Now, construct an angle of 70° at S and an angle of 50° at M to meet the two line segments at N.

Thus, MTSN is the required quadrilateral.
