Solution

The correct option is A Receptors on motor end plate are reduced
Myasthenia gravis is a rare disease that is considered to be an autoimmune disorder in which skeletal muscles are affected and the patient feels weakness and rapid fatigue. Immune system accidentally produces antibodies which block the receptor of muscles for a neurotransmitter acetylcholine so the muscles receive very less nerve signals and the person feels weak. Hence receptors on motor end plate are reduced. Symptoms of myasthenia include trouble talking, tiredness, difficulty in breathing, facial paralysis, difficulty in swallowing or chewing.
So, the correct answer is 'Receptors on motor end plate are reduced'.
