For mass 100 g, T100g=100a....(1)
a=T100g
For man, 60(5g4a)=T60g....(2)
putting the value of a in eqn (2), we get,
60(gT100+5g4)=T60g
60g35T+75g=T60g
195g=85T
T=97508=1218N
