$Similarly,148647000=148647\times {10}^{3}Also,148647=1.48647\times {10}^{5}So,1.48647\times {10}^5\times {10}^3=1.48647\times {10}^8\therefore Areacoveredbyland=1.48647\times {10}^{8}k{m}^2$

$Let3.61419\times {10}^8\approx 3.6\times {10}^{8}and1.48647\times {10}^8\approx 1.5\times {10}^8\therefore Ratioofwatertoland=\frac{3.6}{1.5}=12:5$
