The correct option is A 4 cm
Area of parallelogram $=$ Base $\times$ height
We know the area of parallelogram and base of the parallelogram, so substituting the values,

$120 = D C \times A E$
$120 = A B \times A E$ ...(opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal)
$120 = 30 \times A E$ ...(given)
$\frac{120}{30} = A E$
$4 = A E$
$A E = 4$ cm (Answer)
