Question

In parallelogram ABCD, D=115o, determine the measure of A and B.

Open in App
Solution

Since the sum of any two consecutive angles of a parallelogram is 180o. Therefore,
A+D=180o and A+B=180o

Now, A+D=180o
A+115o=180o
A=65o

and, A+B=180o
65o+B=180o
B=115o

Thus, A=65o and B=115o.
