The heterozygous yellow seeded plant (Yy) will produce two types of gametes, one containing Y and other with y allele. The green seeded plant will produce only one type of gamete i.e. containing y allele. Thus, after fertilization two types of plants will be produced, one heterozygous yellow seeded plant (Yy) and another green seeded plant (yy).

Thus, the ratio of yellow and green seeded plants will be 1:1
