Male flower (Staminates) carry pollen in pollen bags that are matured there and dispersed. But in the case of Pistillate flower i.e the Pistil can't be cut as it is about the same length of flower, so if cut, the flower will be dead and there will be no reproduction taking place.
Also we cut the male staminate as it already before emasculation has mature pollens that can be dropped to desired pistil. But female flower can't be cut and sprinkled it's ova on male flower to produce a plant as the female part consists the environment needed to growth of a zygote into a full plant.
