1:Division of Labour helps the producers in the best selection of workers. As the work is divided into different parts and each part is taken up by such a worker who is more suitable for it, the producer can select very easily the man who is best suited for the work.
2:Division of labour increases the efficiency of the labour. Because of the division of labor, every worker is assigned a job according to the skill and knowledge of the worker. The worker repeats his work and hence, the ability of a worker to complete his task on time increases.
