AB2+AD2=BD2 (Pythagoras theorem)

AB=3×213=613cm,AD=2×213=413cm
Area of rectangle ABCD=AB×AD=613×413=312cm2
Perimeter of rectangle ABCD=2(AB+AD)=2(613+413)=2013cm
