From the video, we know that rate constant is a constant we get after removing the proportionality. We saw that rate constant is characteristic of every reaction. A specific reaction would have a specific rate constant. So this means statement 1 is true.

Statement 2 is also true since rate is affected by temperature, so naturally rate constant is also affected by temperature.

Statement 3 is wrong. We learnt that a catalyst can affect the rate of a reaction. So this means the rate constant would also get affected.
