In scientific forestry , can the type of plantation be considered as good forest management ?

Yes it can be considered to be a good forest management because in this system scientific methods were applied for plantation.Some Natural forests with different types of trees were cut down and instead one type of tree was planted in rows .In this system A portion of the plantation area was cut down every year and replanted which made the availability of wood constant.
