Solution

Menstruation is the bloody discharge which occurs from uterus.Over grown tissue form uterus is shed out during menstruation. All that occurs due to hormones secreted by the ovary and pituitary gland.
When oviduct is cut and tied ovum cant enter in to oviduct and fertlization does not occur. To prevent fertilization oviduct is tied. Ovum need not have to enter in to oviduct for menstruation to occur.
