The correct option is B Both $D_{1}$ and $D_{2}$
$V_{B}$ and $V_{C}$ are both lower than $V_{A}$
So current will flow from point A to point B and C, entering the N-side and leaving P-side for both $D_{1}$ and $D_{2}$ . Thus both $D_{1}$ and $D_{2}$ are forward biased.
