Enterokinase is an enzyme which is used to activate Trypsinogen into Trypsin. This trypsin then activate other inactivated enzymes from pancreas like - chymotrypsinogen, proelastase, procarboxypeptidase into active enzymes. These 4 enzymes helps in protein digestion.
Among the options only Albumin is a protein. Thus, Enterokinase would indirectly help in the digestion of Albumin.
Maltose and starch are carbohydrates.
Amino acid is already monomeric form of protein. Thus, enzymes cannot further breaks the amino acids.
