In figure QCD & QBE
we know that DQC and BQE are vertically opposite angle
So we get,
DQC = BQC
From the figure we know that QDC and QEB are alternate angle.
QDC = QEB.
By ASA congruence criterion
QCD = QBE

given statement DQ = 2 QE is false.
It is false.
