$A{B}^2=25$

$\Rightarrow AB=5$

$A{C}^2=A{B}^2+C{B}^2$

$A{C}^2=5^2+{12}^2$

$A{C}^2=169$

$\Rightarrow AC=13$

$\cot \theta =\frac{CB}{AB}=\frac{12}{5}$.
