The length of rectangle is $22m$

The breadth of rectangle is $10m$

Area of rectangle is $22\times =220m^2$

Area of rectangles is $2\times 10=20m^{2}22\times 3=66m^2$

Area of overlapping of rectangles is $3\times 2=6m^2$

The area of shaded region is $20+66-6=80m^2$

The area of unshded region is $220-80=140m^2$
