No other division in the plant kingdom has such highly evolved vascular system as angiosperms. The vascular tissue in angiosperm allows the plants to absorb water (xylem) and minerals (phloem) by digging deep into the soil and then transport it effectively across to all the parts of the plant. This is one the major reasons for angiosperms being the most dominant plant species.
