The correct option is A 8 N
Assuming both the blocks move together
Acceleration of system =2024+2=3 ms2
For upper block w.r.t. lower block


f=F1+ma=2+2(3)=8 N
For upper block limiting friction is fL=μmg=10 N
As f<fL, upper block will not slip over second block ie both the blocks will move together.
