The correct option is A

have clockwise direction

We have ${\in }_{ind}=–\frac{d}{dt}\varphi$. The flux lines are coming out of the plane of the loop (using right hand rule) and hence $\varphi$ is + ve as the current is increasing $\frac{d}{dt}$ is also + ve. Thus
${\in }_{ind}$ = – (+) (+) = –
Since ${\in }_{ind}$ is – ve the induced current is clockwise.
