Solution

Dear student
Permeable membrane and semi permeable membrane both allows some particles or molecules to passes through it but there is a slight difference between permeable and semi permeable membrane is that permeable membrane allows molecules of all size to pass while semi permeable membrane allow molecules of a certain size . So size is not a necessary factor in permeable membrane while size is a necessary factor in semi permeable membrane .
