Let the charges flowing be q1 and q2 in loops I and II respectively.
Applying Kirchhoff loop law in loop I :
q11+q1+q23190=0
4q1+q2=190×3
Applying Kirchhoff loop law in loop II :
q1+q23+q23+q21=0
q1=5q2
Putting this in equation 1, we get 4(5q2)+q2=190×3
q2=30 μC
Thus potential difference VAB=q23μF=30μC3μF=10 V
