The correct option is A 145
The dashed line part of the circuit indicates a balanced Wheatstone bridge so no current will pass through 10 μF capacitor and we can remove the same from the circuit.
Here, C63=6×36+3=2 μF

and C84=8×48+4=83 μF
Thus, CAB=(2+8/3)×7(2+8/3)+7

=14/3×735/3=145 μF
