Since both the diodes are forward biased, thus both acts as short circuited.
Equivalent circuit is shown above.
2Ω and 3Ω are connected in parallel to each other and this combination is connected in series with 4Ω.
Equivalent resistance of the circuit Req=(23)+4
Req=2×32+3+4=265 Ω
Current through 4Ω, I=VReq
Req=1226/5=3013 A
