The correct option is B 4.25 V, 7.5 V
In the given circuit diagram external resistance R=3×63+6+4.5=6.5Ω
Hence main current through the circuit i=E2E1R+req=846.5+0.5+0.5=12 amp
Cell 1 is charging so from it’s emf equation E1=V1ir14=V112×0.5V1=4.25 volt
Cell 2 is discharging so from it’s emf equation E2=V2+ir28=V2+12×1V2=7.5 volt
