The correct option is C $I_{2}$
As closing or opening of the switch S does not affect the reading of the galvanometer, so points B and D are at the same potential. The current $I_{1}$ flows through the resistance $R_{3}$ and the current $I_{2}$ flows through the galvanometer. C is the junction point where current from R and G will meet. Hence, current through the galvanometer is $I_{2}$ .
