The correct option is A -2
For pnp transistor if $β$ is very large then

$I_{E} = I_{C}$

$I_{C} = \frac{- 4 - (- 10)}{24 k} = 2.5 m A = I_{E}$

Applying KVL,

$- 12 + (5.6 \times 2.5) + V_{2} = 0$

$V_{2} = - 2 V$
