The correct option is C 69 Ω

The equivalent resistance between points P and Q will be

R=3+10(R+3)10+(R+3) (given, Req=R)

R=39+3R+10R+3013+R

13R+R2=69+13RR2=69

R=±69 Ω

Since, resistance can not be negative

R=69 Ω
